My name is Ian Lambert.

I’m a former Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, and Royal Australian Air Force fast-jet pilot with over thirty years experience within Defence Aviation across four continents.

As a Qualified Flying Instructor with four separate Air Forces, I have been delivering training and facilitating professional development for over twenty years.

I know how to connect with those who have that intense, giving, humanitarian background.

My experience in the military taught me that so many of those who are prepared to give all of themselves, often do not have the skills or indeed, inclination, to look after their own wellbeing. It seems to be somehow not within their natural state of being to consider their own welfare. Giving is their default; often to the detriment of their own wellbeing.

The modern, lean business model, brings with it a greater need for focused efficiency than ever before. Communication within the team is paramount.

I work closely with you and your team, bringing you tools and techniques with which you can find greater success in the collaborative environment.

These are techniques born from lessons gleaned in the most stressful of global environments, and I am experienced at tailoring them to your specific, industry requirements.

I help individual team members and organisations develop the ability to find and retain clarity amidst complexity. They discover an increased ability to study, retain, and recall information. Meetings become more effective, saving time and money, with increased efficiency and effectiveness in the collaborative environment.

Long term benefits include an awareness of how to manage and rise above fatigue, using energy regeneration techniques, together with a much greater sense of personal wellbeing.

This is my passion.
